New Clients – Boarding Requirements
Thank you for considering us for your pet’s boarding needs! If you are a new client, please call the clinic to schedule an office exam and temperament assessment before booking a stay. Due to our limited boarding space, dogs must be friendly and able to be easily leashed and unleashed by our staff. We want to ensure a safe and low-stress environment for all pets in our care.
To make your pet's stay as comfortable as possible, feel free to send them with their favorite treats, toys, or bedding.
Boarding Requirements:
All pets must be up to date on annual exam and required vaccinations:
Health Requirement: All pets must be current on an annual physical exam performed by a Corinth Animal Hospital veterinarian. This ensures that we have a full understanding of your pet’s health history and are able to provide the safest care possible during their stay.
Dogs: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DAPP), and Bordetella. Leptospirosis vaccine is suggested but not required.
Negative fecal within the last 6 months required for dogs.
Cats: Rabies and FVRCP
Flea & Tick Policy: All pets must be free of fleas and ticks at the time of drop-off. We strongly recommend administering preventative treatment prior to boarding. If fleas or ticks are found during your pet’s stay, treatment will be provided at the owner's expense to ensure the health and safety of all pets in our care.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, special needs, or behavioral concerns when scheduling.
If you have any questions or would like to check availability, feel free to give us a call—we’re happy to help!
Please fax your pet's medical records to us at (940) 498-0352 or email CorinthAnimalHospital@yahoo.com prior to their stay.
