Position Details

  • Role: Lead/Senior Veterinary Technician
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
  • Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on clinical experience. Previous lead or senior tech experience is a strong plus.

What Our Veterinary Technicians Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on clinical experience. Previous lead or senior tech experience is a strong plus.
  • High proficiency in the following, with the ability and desire to train others:
  • Anesthesia monitoring, Blood draws and IV catheter placement, Radiology
  • Dental procedures, including dental radiographs
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and dependable leadership qualities

What You’ll Do

  • Assist veterinarians during exams, surgical procedures, dentistry, and diagnostics
  • Serve as a room tech—welcome clients, gather patient histories, and assist during appointments
  • Partner with the Hospital Manager to oversee controlled drug inventory and ensure accurate counts and compliance
  • Lead and mentor our technician team—support training, guide workflow, and foster a collaborative environment
  • Organize and manage equipment to support seamless daily operations
  • Help cultivate a positive, team-first clinic culture
